Tennis concludes regular season with loss to Nevada

San Jose State tennis (9-8, 1-3 MW) couldn’t come out on top against University of Nevada at Reno (10-10, 1-3 MW) and dropped the regular-season finale, 4-3.

Nevada’s Selina Turuljawas able to break the tie against Savannah Sendar in the last singles match.

As the Wolf Pack took two of the three doubles courts, junior Tamara Culibrk and and sophomore Klara Milojkovic was the only Spartan pair to win their doubles match.

Trailing 1-0, Culibrk, Milojkovic and senior Miyo Kobayashi got singles win over their opponents.

The Spartans now waits for their seeding at the Mountain West Championship.

San Diego State will play host of the tournament that starts Thursday.
